The problem
The media server’s default interface felt dated, was slow to browse and struggled with playback on phones.
What I built
A ground-up React frontend with browsable rows, a featured banner, search, watchlists and adaptive HLS streaming that picks the best quality for each device.
The result
Much faster browsing and smoother playback across phones, laptops and TVs.
